- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal time: Generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

6Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To make the bonus eligible for withdrawal, you must wager the total deposit and bonus amount 10 times.
- The account must be fully verified to receive bonus benefits.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
- 0bd9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of bonus abuse.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are withdrawable only after the conditions are met.

- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on the player's activity and engagement. 0bd9 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
Responsibilities and Limitations
9Limitation of Liability
0bd9 bears no liability in the following cases:
- If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
- If loss occurs due to issues with the user's own device or software.
- In cases of delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.
- In cases of unexpected technical errors (which will be resolved as quickly as possible).
However, if a player's legitimate winnings are affected due to a technical error, 0bd9 will review the matter and take appropriate action.
10Account Suspension and Termination
0bd9 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If the terms and conditions are violated.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
- If money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.
- If false identity or age is provided.
- If the player themselves requests account closure.
Upon account closure, all pending bonuses will be cancelled. However, whether verified personal funds (excluding bonuses) are returned will be determined subject to review.
